Infy Me

The Infy Me app is a valuable component of the "Employee Experience" program, designed to enhance convenience and optimize productivity. By providing key transactions on-the-go, the app aims to offer an exceptional user experience and empower users to maximize their potential. To access the app, users must sign in using their valid Infosys domain credentials and complete 2nd factor authentication.

• Users can conveniently create or change their phone number or PIN through the webapps->MFA portal.

The application offers a range of features:

1. Infy Global: Stay informed about the latest happenings within the organization, access leaders' blogs, connect with fellow Infoscions, and access individual communication.
2. Services: Conveniently handle various tasks such as leave management, holiday calendar, US domestic air travel booking, timesheets, pulse surveys, on-duty requests, optional holidays, advance leaves, comp-off regularization, weekend working arrangements, work from home requests, late stay approvals, night stay accommodations, local taxi arrangements, single swipe regularization, phone call scheduling (Buzz feature), access to the Infosys Directory and Hive platform, feedback sharing and seeking, viewing average working hours, laptop gate pass requests, My ID card management, and access to the global helpdesk.
3. Notifications: Stay updated on pending approvals and view important information or action items related to accommodation requests, advance travel requests (domestic and international), late stay approvals, loan approvals for IL and BPM purposes, local taxi arrangements, night stay accommodations, leave requests (including leave cancellation approvals for India), on-duty requests, single swipe regularization requests, unknown status updates, weekend working arrangements, and work from home requests.
4. Profile: Access a comprehensive dashboard displaying average working hours, leave balance, work from home balance, and other profile details.
5. Transaction search: Easily find specific transactions without navigating through menus. Simply enter relevant keywords, select the desired transaction, provide the necessary details, and submit.
